As our Associate, Client Delivery you will maintain an on-going understanding of the activity operations, logistics, and reporting needs of the programs and clients that you are assigned to; providing multi-disciplined support to both remote in-market teams, and internal partners. The team you’re a part of is comprised of the In-Market Experiences and Specialty Service teams, all with a goal to make our on-site events as successful as possible.

 

To thrive in this position, you are confident, have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. Being someone who is not only efficient having a consistent variety of work, but motivated by having no two days that are the same.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Support. You support your team in day to day activities including scheduling, administrative functions, creating reports, tracking budget, doing market research, getting permits, and setting up backend logistics.
  • Communication.  You display strong communication with our internal, and in-market event teams. You have influence with event supervisors and team members, providing clear direction to field staff and suppliers when applicable. You will thrive in this role if you can clearly articulate key points of client’s programs, initiatives and messaging in a way that is applicable to the team you’re collaborating with at a given time.
  • Flexibility. You are comfortable and motivated by working on multiple programs simultaneously and within them, balancing the administrative, research, and communication elements. You are excited by each day, and week, being different from the last.
  • Ability to Prioritize. You maintain project timelines and action items, prioritizing and showing a sense of urgency when needed. This is crucial because if you’re part of the process isn’t complete on time, it can affect the full project lifecycle.
  • Confident. You are comfortable presenting business and program related material with confidence. You are willing to learn, practice and apply negotiation skills in business relationships. All of this will help you be the strongest support to our team and those we partner with.
  • Growth Mentality. You show a proactive mindset to help anticipate potential program outcomes, taking a results-oriented approach to have a strong understanding of project objectives and personal tasks so that you are consistently meeting team needs. This is important when looking at the bigger picture to recognize the need for client growth.
  • Travel. You are open to work-related travel for up to 60% of this role. This would be necessary when we need to be on-site to provide support for large events and activations.

The annual range for this role varies between $50,000- $60,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s experience. Benefits for this role include health/vision/dental insurance, 401k, employee stock purchase plan, vacation, personal days and paid holiday time. You are also eligible to participate in disability, life insurance, FSA/HSA plans subject to the terms and conditions of such benefit plans.
