ABOUT GMR MARKETING

We are the Experience Agency Making Unforgettable Stories Born of Humanity

NOT JUST EXPERIENTIAL. EXPERIENCE.

The lines have blurred. People live in the physical, digital, and social worlds all at once, and your brand experiences should do the same.

NOT JUST TELLING. MAKING.

The best stories are lived, not heard. Make an immersive world for people to explore so they can experience something they’ll never forget.

NOT JUST CONSUMERS. HUMANS.

It all starts with the human. If you want to make a lasting impact, look beyond the wallet to understand what motivates and inspires people.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Skills. You are a versatile fabricator who can measure, cut, or shape wood, plastic, aluminum, steel and other materials; weld parts and subassemblies together to form completed units; install hardware such as hinges, handles, catches, drawers, pulls and slides; you can operate a CNC router table or are willing to learn, and it’s a plus if you have experience wiring low voltage LED ribbon and fixtures. Doing this while being confident enough to work independently when fit, is key to success.
  • Reading. You can follow and read engineering drawings, blueprints, and diagrams. This is critical when you are working on a variety of projects and need accurate attention to detail.
  • Safety. You are proficient and confident with all shop equipment and safety practices including table saws, routers, laminating, welders, mills, lathe, etc.
  • Fast-Paced. You can multi-task, work under pressure and complete jobs with demanding deadlines while keeping great attention to detail. This is important when we have project work coming from multiple clients at a time and need this to succeed.
  • Travel. You are open to domestic work-related travel for up to 20% of this role. This would be necessary when we need someone to supervise the installation and dismantle of display properties and events.
