As our Producer you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, vendors, venues and other stakeholders to oversee the entire process from concept inception to the successful completion of events. You’ll lead a range of activations with a primary focus on mobile tours, while employing build techniques, leveraging current technology, and managing operational logistics. Our producers are dedicated to pushing boundaries, inspiring those around them to exceed expectations all while transforming creativity and design into tangible realities.

 

You will thrive in this position if you have a background in mobile vehicle production, are a dynamic individual who likes to bring imaginative concepts to life and are a master of logistic and on-site execution. It’s a bonus if you have a background in event production within tradeshows, pop-ups, festivals, or elsewhere.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Expertise. You have prior experience and knowledge in the production of mobile vehicles / tours, experiential events, transportation, logistics, permitting and can truly act as the subject matter expert. You understand the hands-on elements of the process (fabrication, print, audio / visual tools), and the more technical aspects including proficiency in design software (CAD, Vectorworks) PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe, and Photoshop.
  • Project Management. You are confident managing the full cycle of the production process, starting with developing the project scope, planning budget estimates; triple bidding when applicable and selecting vendors; overseeing the build phase, reviewing drawings and sharing samples with the creative team; partnering with procurement to place orders; conducting training sessions to instruct tour crews on the setup and procedures for custom builds, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to execute installations successfully; and overseeing event launch. This all happening while staying on track for the project timeline and budget, in addition to managing communication with vendors, the client, and internal teams.
  • On-Site Execution. You thrive in fast-paced environments. This is important as you will be on-site for the beginning of tours and relevant events, providing direction to touring teams to streamline setup processes, overseeing truck packing operations, managing stagehands, and utilizing your expertise to troubleshoot and resolve any build challenges that may arise proactively.
  • Collaboration. You actively participate in meetings to share insights and expertise with creatives, account teams, project managers and vendors; facilitating guidance and offering innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.
  • Communication. You are the main point of contact communicating details and updates to all support teams, vendors, and clients involved. Sometimes using visual representations (design decks) and timelines to translate the vision into reality in a timely manner. You will thrive in this if you are organized, detail oriented, and an interpersonal written and verbal communicator. 
  • Travel. You are open to work-related travel for up to 25% of this role. This would be necessary to launch mobile tours and manage one-off events throughout the year, aligning with the dynamic needs of our business projects.

The annual range for this role varies between $80,000 – $93,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s experience. Benefits for this role include health/vision/dental insurance, 401k, employee stock purchase plan, vacation, personal days and paid holiday time. You are also eligible to participate in disability, life insurance, FSA/HSA plans subject to the terms and conditions of such benefit plans.
