As we continue to build our leadership in the sponsorship industry, we are evolving our portfolio and our team.

 

Reporting to the Senior Account Director, the primary responsibilities of this Account Supervisor are to lead the day-to-day planning and execution of our client’s new partnerships and support the growth in our sponsorship approach. This position will be tasked with evaluating, onboarding, and managing new partnerships that drive our client’s vision + business forward. 

 

In this position, you will provide the client with strategic consultation and partnership guidance on potential new partnerships – including formulating recommendations based on proposals, developing prospective valuations, and uncovering activation opportunities. This role is also vital in providing consistent evaluation and delivery of our sponsorship strategy across both National and Regional Sponsorship efforts.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Client-Facing. This team leads partnership consulting and activation programs across some of the largest national sports properties. You will manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a key integrator across our team and the client’s brand partnerships team with a focus specifically on long-term and potential new sponsor properties and activation opportunities.
  • Partnership Management. You will lead all business needs related to the management of Comcast’s new partnership opportunities, including evaluating opportunities, negotiating new opportunities, relationship management, and partnership activation and execution.
  • Data Analysis. You will use information and data to uncover new insights and make recommendations to the client for a variety of sponsorship-related decisions. You’ll seek to find trends and strategically-sound ideas that drive our client’s brand forward.
  • Cross-Collaboration + Effective Communication. You will collaborate amongst GMR client teams, external agency partners, and brand partners to deliver activation plans for new partnership verticals. You’ll often utilize your confident communication style to guide our client’s strategic decision-making in these spaces.
  • Project Management + Attention to Detail. You have experience developing and managing program details to ensure that all elements are delivered on time and that all stakeholders can utilize the partnership resources provided. To support these efforts, you’ll manage status documents, timelines, and meetings/calls, and will work closely with various groups to monitor program statuses, scopes of work, and budgets.

The annual range for this role varies between $63,000 - $80,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s experience. Benefits for this role include health/vision/dental insurance, 401k, employee stock purchase plan, vacation, personal days and paid holiday time. You are also eligible to participate in disability, life insurance, FSA/HSA plans subject to the terms and conditions of such benefit plans.
