    Reporting to the Account Executive, Field Operations, lead the management, execution and evaluation of experiential marketing programs for a major player in the Total Alcohol Beverage industry.

    YOUR IMPACT //

    • Assist with the day-to-day oversight of the trade marketing programs: event bookings in unmanned markets, ensuring all paperwork deadlines are met by part-time, seasonal staff in GreatVines.
    • Support and assist managing local field staff
    • Provide direct oversight of seasonal field teams to ensure all programming goals are being met
    • Tracking of budgets as assigned by Account Executive, Field Operations
    • Manage all field storage units and provide inventory tracking monthly
    • Assist with managing ongoing learnings, reporting and analytics
    • Serves as a resource for experiential event activity, providing on-the-ground support for experiential initiatives as needed, including but not limited to, site visits, ordering product, recruiting product specialists and day-of assistance with event management
    • Interface with client as directed to update them on programs and troubleshoot any issues
    • Coordinate internal and external meetings
    • Organize meetings, large and small, including booking space, preparing materials, and ensuring availability of attendees
    • Coordinate domestic travel arrangements ensuring tight schedules and well-articulated agendas

    YOUR EXPERIENCE //

    • Bachelor’s Degree or related marketing background/experience
    • 1-3 years of relatable experience required
    • Event marketing experience highly desirable
    • Excellent time-management, organizational, and management skills
    • Demonstrable problem-solving skills, ability to perform independently regarding account/team management.
    • Familiarity with the spirits category
    • Ability to work as part of a team and a willingness to assist on other programs as needed or requested.
    • Ability to travel; travel varies by program and may include weekends
    • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
