    This position reports to the Account Supervisor on this team and helps manage projects serving as a conduit for information gathering and sharing among the client, internal work groups and external parties both domestic and global. The Account Executive will be responsible for process management, approvals, timelines, client communications, staffing support, facilitating and routing procurement and legal documents and overall program support.


    • Maintain detailed records, tracking and reporting documents of all assigned program details and assets (e.g. approvals, procurement, etc.)
    • Manage all routing of internal legal contracts for vendors as well as mange procurement process to ensure all vendors are paid on time
    • Create and maintain client-facing documents including agendas, recaps, project trackers and timelines
    • Manage staffing efforts for programs, which include hiring and training staff, developing and monitoring daily schedules, communicating daily with staff (or staffing partners), providing directions and feedback, and informing upper management of program activation updates
    • Develop key planning and training documents that include event layout, schedules and contingency plans for event staff prior to activation to ensure a flawlessly executed activation
    • Travel (as requested) to onsite activations to assist in program execution
    • Other duties as assigned


    • Well-developed project management skills, including organization, time management and attention to detail, to guide projects from conception to completion
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience managing multiple projects at once with the ability to follow through and exceed expectations
    • Ability to demonstrate patience and calmness in the face of stressful and ever-changing situations with both internal teams and external parties (i.e. the client, the vendor, third parties, etc.)
    • Knowledge of event operations and logistics
    • Experience interviewing and managing field staff to ensure success of program activations
    • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Suite
    • Four-year college degree in Business or Business Communications, Marketing
    • Experience in large scale event management, execution and sponsorship is an asset
    • A minimum of 2 years’ experience at an agency, in events, and/or sponsorship management
