    GMR Marketing is Comcast’s sport and entertainment agency of record. GMR Marketing currently supports Comcast with a variety of marketing efforts including: Sponsorship Strategy, Sports Creative, NASCAR, Olympics, eSports, Entertainment, University Marketing, Experiential Marketing, and Business Services. This position would support on the Experiential Marketing team.


    Reporting to the Account Supervisor on Comcast Experiential Team, the primary responsibility of this position is to support the Client’s Experiential programming.  This position will support in planning initiatives, execution, metric analysis, and post-program strategy as it relates to a number of exciting experiential programming.



    • Collaborate with internal GMR teams to develop program per client requirements
    • Work with internal GMR teams and vendors to provide quotes and estimates for program development
    • Maintain open and complete communication of project status with GMR internal teams
    • Assist in program launch and execution
    • Monitor and track event data to ensure program goals are being met and/or work with account team to adjust program approach to better met client goals
    • Prepare recaps for each event in accordance with established client guidelines
    • Assist in staff interviews and on-boarding
    • Assist in developing training documents to ensure field staff are properly trained on all program aspects
    • Manage and coordinate programming details with field staff
    • Monitor program expenses to guarantee adherence to established budget parameters
    • Travel to on-site events as needed to assist in program execution
    • Provide administrative support as requested, including: preparing meeting agendas and recap notes, approving staff timesheets/expenses, and reviewing maintenance/inventory reports.
    • Know, understand, and adhere to all GMR Company policies and procedures
    • When applicable, travel for the purpose of planning and execution of programs
    • Maintain attendance and punctuality for all pertinent business meetings and functions
    • Stay up to date on event marketing and client category trends
    • Other duties as assigned



    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication
    • Minimum one year of events and/or project management experience
    • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow through
    • Ability to work as part of a team and assist with various projects
    • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to meet and deal effectively with clients
    • Computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
    • Ability to prioritize and service multiple assignments simultaneously
    • Willing to travel to various event locations and execute on-site as needed
