The Account Executive, Pavilion Support reports to the Pavilions Lead and supports Pavilion operations including vendor management, timeline management, and operational planning for the client’s Pavilion onsite at the Olympic Games. The Pavilion will be open for the duration of the Games and will host customers, athletes, influencers, and more. This individual will own and/or oversee all operational workstreams as it relates to the Pavilion. This may include:
- Vendor management, oversight and management, security and access collaboration, AV, IT, and overall space functionality, daily operations meeting support, ongoing troubleshooting, etc.

GMR is currently hiring for an Agave Ambassador to join our team! Under the direction of the GMR Account Supervisor and the Client, the Agave Ambassador will serve as a brand representative for trade education, relationship-building, and consumer-driven events for all agave-based Proximo Spirits brands - premium brands with a deep respect for craft and connoisseurship. The brands represented are Jose Cuervo, 1800, Maestro Dobel, Gran Centenario, Creyente, and 400 Conejos.
The ideal Agave Ambassador is an agave spirits enthusiast who is engaging, charismatic, professional, polished and articulate candidate with a strong connection to their market, a robust social media presence, and extensive experience in and knowledge of the bartending and mixology community.
This is a full-time, salaried position that requires full and open availability, as 50% of obligations will take place during normal business hours, while the other 50% will require evening and weekend work. Benefits include mileage reimbursement, a monthly cell phone stipend, and 10 accrued days of PTO per calendar year. This position will include travel outside of the New York market (within the US) upon request, not to exceed 20%, as well as brand and product training in Mexico as needed.
YOUR IMPACT //
- Manage an assigned key account list consisting of 50 influential accounts via education, brand building activities and relationship management.
- Represent the brand at key marketing and promotional brand activations (ex. tequila/mezcal tastings, experiential events, etc.).
- Educate and reinforce brand attributes with key distributor partners of the Proximo Spirits agave portfolio.
- Educate sampling staff/trade on the featured brands via category knowledge, brand touchpoints, production processes, and taste profiles.
- Curate and execute relevant brand programming based on key brand initiatives and milestones to keep educational content dynamic and engaging with the target audience.
- Answer consumer and trade questions while building their base of tequila and mezcal category knowledge.
- Liaise between brand, sales, trade marketing and target accounts to ensure program sell-in and executions meet brand quality standards.
- Provide consistent feedback on programming metrics, competitive activity, in-market best practice, success highlights and brand opportunities.
