    WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB //

    Develop and execute marketing and promotional programs for one of GMR’s longest standing and largest clients.  Work on a team that supports creativity, collaboration and partnership as an extension of their marketing department. 


    WHAT YOU’LL DO // 

    • Think differently, challenge convention and find break-through events and tactics to execute
    • Assist with the development and management of program budgets
    • Create documents for and participate in client presentations
    • Monitor program progress and recommend adjustments as necessary
    • Identify and problem solve program challenges and consult with senior management to avoid them
    • Execution and daily management of assigned tasks, ensuring quality work is provided
    • Work with various internal teams simultaneously
    • Maintain daily communication with client, vendors and members of internal teams
    • Establish effective relationships with internal teams
    • Attend client project meetings
    • Create and maintain meeting agendas, status documents, and conference reports
    • Develop and maintain program/project timelines
    • When applicable, travel for the purpose of planning and program execution
    • Develop operational manuals, kick-off and training guides for program executions
    • Builds thorough understanding of client’s business
    • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the event marketing industry
    • Know, understand, and adhere to all GMR company policies and procedures
    • Utilize agency resources appropriately and efficiently
    • Assist in streamlining processes and ensuring best practices for all related programs
    • Other duties as assigned


    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR //
     

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing required.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to meet and work effectively with clients
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Excellent communication skills; oral and written
    • Ability to work on various assignments simultaneously
    • Ability to work as a part of a team as well as independently
