    As GMR continues to grow, our Talent Acquisition team is growing along with it as we look to add a Corporate Recruiter to our team. The Corporate Recruiter will have the opportunity to drive innovation through new and creative sourcing techniques and cutting-edge interviewing and selection practices. They will guide the team through full life cycle recruitment and sourcing for their teams locally and nationally. A true GMR Ambassador and proponent of our employment brand, the Corporate Recruiter is engaged with local organizations and effectively leads projects which improve GMR’s ability to hire top talent.     • Opportunity to innovate all aspects of TA to identify, attract and hire top talent
    • Challenge the norm and propose new ideas and processes by staying ahead of the curve in new recruitment solutions
    • Demonstrate the ability to assist with and support recruiting plans that identify current and future talent gaps to proactively source and develop talent pipelines in advance of needs
    • Consult with hiring teams to understand their needs and provide them the upmost customer service
    • Lead and collaborate on special projects related to talent acquisition and cutting-edge HR practices
    • Own and promote the GMR employment brand
    • Grow a best in class college recruiting function
    • Build an organization full of the world’s best hiring managers and talent assessors
    • Collaborate with other members of the HR team including Talent Management, Talent Development, and Talent Operations
    • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to proactively connect with a diverse pool of candidates for assigned positions
    • Provide an exceptional candidate experience through constant communication, hosting them on site as a guest for their interviews, and timely follow-up throughout the interview process
    • Create and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates in anticipation of open positions



    • At least 3 years of experience in agency or corporate recruitment required
    • Previous management experience preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR experience preferred
    • Motivated by change, innovation, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment
    • Desire to uncover new and advanced recruitment techniques to keep pushing the boundaries of talent acquisition
    • Expert sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other strategic sourcing resources
    • Experience recruiting for a variety of different industries
