    The Supervisor, Talent Acquisition will lead GMR’s Staffing department. Acting as a manager, a change agent and a consultant to the business, the Supervisor guides the team through high volume recruitment and sourcing for their teams locally and nationally. This position drives innovation through new and creative sourcing techniques and cutting-edge interviewing and selection practices.  A true GMR Ambassador, the Supervisor is a proponent of our employment brand, is engaged with local organizations and effective leads projects which improve GMR’s ability to hire top talent. The Supervisor, Talent Acquisition is motivated by collaboration, a passion for people, and constantly thinking outside the box for creative solutions.

    •  Ensure that GMR continually innovates all aspects of TA to identify, attract and hire top talent
    • Challenge the norm and propose new ideas and processes by staying ahead of the curve in new recruitment solutions
    • Demonstrate the ability to assist with and support recruiting plans that identify current and future talent gaps to proactively source and develop talent pipelines in advance of needs
    • Lead and collaborate on special projects related to talent acquisition and cutting-edge HR practices
    • Own and promote the GMR employment brand
    • Understand and utilize technology for effective, efficient recruitment practices
    • Lead and coach our team of Recruiters to become talent consultants and effective recruiters
    • Management responsibilities include but not limited to goal setting, project management, work allocation, daily escalation support, and on-going employee development
    • Collaborate with other members of the HR team including Talent Management, Talent Development, and Talent Operations
    • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to proactively connect with a diverse pool of candidates for assigned positions
    • Consult with hiring teams to understand their needs and provide them the upmost customer service
    • Create and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates in anticipation of open positions


    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in agency or corporate recruitment required
    • Previous management experience
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR experience preferred
    • Motivated by change and innovation
    • Desire to uncover new and advanced recruitment techniques to keep pushing the boundaries of talent acquisition
    • Experience recruiting for a variety of different industries
