    WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB //

    Enjoy Esports + Gaming?  Work with a team in and around gaming by managing corporate sponsorships(s) assets and the brand’s overall social, content and creative as it relates to gaming and esports initiatives.  Maintaining relationships and managing account activities and logistics will be a top priority in the role.  


    WHAT YOU’LL DO //

    • Execution and daily management of program planning and activation elements, including maintaining a robust social & custom content calendar
    • Assist with the development and presentation of the brand’s core sponsorship, messaging and creative strategies, as it relates to gaming & esports initiatives
    • Facilitate communication and activities between GMR, client, properties, teams and agencies
    • Create and maintain program planning documents, status reports, and recaps
    • Provide administrative support as requested; including preparing meeting agendas and recap notes, and development of program materials
    • Prepare program budgets, coordinate invoice generation and follow-up on payments
    • Travel to activations and client events as needed
    • Cultivate positive team dynamics and foster collaboration within the Gaming & Esports team
    • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the gaming & esports landscape
    • Other duties as assigned by the account leadership team


    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR //

    • 4 year college degree; Communications/Marketing degree preferred
    • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience; agency experience preferred
    • A positive, hard-working mindset; willing to tackle projects of all size and scale
    • Must have experience in entertainment, event or sports fields; gaming & esports experience preferred
    • Willingness to travel to activations and other events; usually over weekends; and occasionally holidays
    • Demonstrated organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
    • Excellent communications skills, written and oral, including client presentation skills
    • Social media management and knowledge strongly preferred. Knowledge of all platforms required
    • Demonstrated problem solving skills, ability to independently perform day-to-day program management and ability to implement solutions quickly
    • Ability to work independently and on a team, succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Experience required in demonstrating executional excellence, including live event programming
