    Within this role as Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of marketing and promotional programs for a diverse portfolio of clients. The position will allow you to build and maintain client relationships, while taking the lead on account activities to ensure quality work is provided.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO //

     

    • Execution and daily management of programs and deadlines
    • Maintain communication with clients, vendors and members of cross-functional teams
    • Monitor program progress and recommend adjustments as necessary
    • Prepare, participate, and lead weekly conference calls with client
    • Evaluate program results against program objectives
    • Create and maintain administrative documents for client reports and presentations including meetings recaps, reporting, agendas, and timelines
    • Ability to service multiple clients and various assignments simultaneously
    • Time-management, organizational, and supervisory skills
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to meet and deal effectively with clients
    • Leadership skills with very high initiative and work ethic
    • Excellent composition skills; oral and written
    • Ability to hire, train, and manage in-market field staff
    • Able to travel for the purpose of planning and implementation of program

     

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR //

     

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
    • 3-5 years promotional/marketing experience
    • Agency experience desirable
    • Demonstrated experience leading local/regional marketing programs for national brands
    • Ability to succeed in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
    • Passion to work on a team of highly motivated individuals and in an environment where you can be proactive
    • Experience managing teams, which can include field staff, field managers, vendors, agency peers, internal teams and / or clients
    • Command of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, & Word
    • Willingness to work on days and times outside the normal work week when needed
