    Reporting to the Account Director, the primary responsibilities of this position are to support the Intel Olympic marketing program for the Olympic Games in Tokyo in 2020; specifically managing Intel’s IOC and other Olympic partnership rights and approvals, athlete logistics and engagement, research and best practice development, and day-to-day tracking and support of Intel’s brand strategies within the wider Olympic ecosystem.

    Manage client’s Olympic marketing partnership. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Serve as day to day contact for key client stakehodlers and product marketing teams
    • Oversee and manage implementation of client’s Olympic marketing rigths across multiple partners and channels
    • Act as subject matter expert providing guidannce on Olympic rights and approvals process
    • Manage partner integration and serve as primary relationship lead for approvals and tactical executions
    • Coordinate with business units to ensure creative consistency across all programs
    • Manage, develop and implement athlete strategy
    • Oversee center of excellence including research, insights and best practices
    • Support strategic consulting work and Olympic growth strategy
    • On-site supervision/coordination of activation elements as needed to ensure proper execution
    • Maintain daily communication with clients, partners, and members of account team
    • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the Olympics
    • Ability to travel. Requires 20+ days of continuous travel during Olympics
    • Other duties as assigned


    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
    • 5+ years of marketing and/or partnership management experience
    • Previous experience in Olymipcs preferred
    • Previous experience working for/with a technology brand is a plus
    • Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships and manage multiple stakeholders
    • Metiulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Proven ability to prioritize amongst multiple tasks and thrive in deadline driven environment
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to meet and work effectively with global clients and partners
    • Excellent time management, composition (both oral and written) and leadership skills
    • Negotiation skills
    • Ability to work well with a team and indpendently
