    Reporting to the Account Director, the primary responsibilities of this position are to support the Intel Olymipic marketing program for the Olympic Games in Tokyo in 2020; specificially supporting the selected account team with the management and execution of partnership rights and approvals, activation logistics, research and best-practice development and day-to-day tracking and support of Intel’s brand strategies within the wider Olympic ecosystem. 



    • Support implemeantion of client’s marketing rights across multiple partners and channels
    • Serve as day to day contact for NGB partners
    • Act as subject matter expert providing guidannce on Olympic rights and approvals process
    • Create and maitain repository of assets and imagery approved for marketing use
    • Manage client imagery requests and obtain proper approvals through Getty
    • Lead research and development of athlete profiles and communicatino materials
    • Coordinate athlete engagement logistics and contractual assets
    • Develop and maintain reporting and account tools (i.e. trackers, templates, status reports, etc.)
    • Monitor and summarize relevant social media and trade publications with focus on the Olympics, technology and category trends
    • Support strategic consulting work and Olympic growth strategy
    • Coordinate pre-event and on-site activation logistics as needed to ensure proper execution
    • Liason with GMR support services as needed for Olympic related projects
    • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the Olympics



    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 3+ years of project management experience
    • Previous partnership and event experience preferred
    • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to follow through
    • Capable of multi-tasking and working on several projects at the same time
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to meet and work effectively with global clients and partners
    • Excellent time management, organizational and and composition (both oral and written) skills
    • Ability to work well with a team and indpendently
    • Ability to travel.  Requires 20+ days of continuous travel during Olympics
