    The Account Coordinator will work to support the Comcast Freedom Region client’s sports and event marketing partnerships and programs related to the residential marketing and sales unit.  This position will implement and support all planning activities to support all initiatives and strategies cross-functionally across all regional and corporate Marketing channels.
    The team supports Comcast with a variety of marketing efforts including; Corporate Sports Strategy & Activation, University Marketing, Business Services, Sports Sponsorship Creative, NASCAR Strategy & Activation, the US Olympic Committee partnership and eSports initiatives. You will focus on regional marketing efforts within the Comcast Freedom regional marketing and sales team.



    You will support Comcast Freedom Region interests with the various industry events partnerships and sponsorships:
    • Preparation, implementation, and execution of field events within region
    • Day-to-day coordination with event organizers for event preparation
    • Management of field staff daily activities to guarantee proper implementation of program directives in accordance with agency and client guidelines
    • Provide support to the field marketing team to ensure successful event executions
    • Develop and manage status documents to ensure all appropriate program tasks and deadlines are being met
    • Develop event recaps and coordinate with account team and client to ensure complete post-event reporting is captured
    • Oversee storage facility logistics
    • Travel to on-site events as needed to assist in program setup and execution
    • Support the Account Executive with the hospitality management of sports ticket trackers
    • Attend client project meetings as needed
    • Support all client communications as directed
    • Other duties as assigned



    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent experience
    • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
    • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
    • Events operations and management preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to meet and deal effectively with clients
    • Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency
    • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
    • Ability to service multiple clients and various assignments simultaneously
    • Ability to travel to various event locations within the region and execute on-site
