    WHO YOU ARE //

    • You love meeting new people. Assist with full life cycle recruiting for entry-level positions to obtain the best and brightest talent for GMR.
    • You are innovative. You will have the opportunity to suggest process improvements and efficiencies to keep the department running smoothly.
    • You are collaborative. You will act as the liaison within the HR Department and between other departments and external vendors to foster open communication and teamwork.
    • You are a social butterfly. You will help plan and execute company and department wide social, networking, campus and business related events.
    • You are an employment guru. Ensure candidate experience throughout the recruitment process for all candidates and referrals.
    • You have great attention to detail. Ensure accurate data is entered into the ATS (applicant tracking system) for all candidates and hires within the recruitment process.
    • You are a valued resource. Facilitate and present to local campus groups at GMR and on local campuses.
    • You are tech savvy. Source and network within social networks and suggest new and exciting technologies to the team.
    • You value quality customer service. Provide high-level candidate experience throughout the process.
    • You are an ambassador for GMR. Help coordinate campus trainee recruitment and attend on-campus career fairs in order to recruit top talent for the agency.
    • You are helpful. Assist with creative projects as needed.
    • You are trustworthy. Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

     

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR //

    • Internship or professional HR experience required.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR experience preferred.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees at all levels.
    • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
    • Ability to handle and resolve confidential and sensitive issues.
    • Knowledge of general Human Resource practices.
    • Ability to work independently and manage key tasks of role.
    • Desire to go above and beyond in the workplace to better yourself and the team as a whole.
    • Maintaining accuracy in detail oriented processes.
    • Above average computer skills, including Word, Excel, Access, and experience in HR systems.
