    As Account Executive, you will oversee the day-to-day management of a national sponsorship program on behalf of a leading financial services brand. You will be dedicated to forging excellent relationships with associated stakeholders while ensuring all contractual assets are maximized in accordance with client business objectives. You will manage a variety of project work while implementing a structured execution process of event marketing practices. This position will likely work across additional accounts in a support role as well.


    YOUR IMPACT //

    • Day-to-day relationship management with rights holders, clients and associated stakeholders
    • Maximize value to the business of sponsorship assets across multiple marketing disciplines including brand, social media and experiential marketing activities
    • Work with multiple client stakeholders on the development and execution of sponsorship activations
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple internal departments, partners and clients
    • Create strategic documents for client presentations
    • Create program analysis reports, including tracking of all assets
    • Maintain daily written and verbal communications with clients
    • Develop and manage program budgets accurately
    • Monitor program progress and recommend adjustments as necessary
    • Support the evaluation and development of new client sponsorship opportunities
    • Identify and problem-solve program challenges and consult with senior management to avoid them
    • Prepare client and vendor contracts and budgets
    • Develop event recaps and coordinate with account team and client to ensure complete post-event reporting is captured
    • Be an active participant and vocal contributor to client work and office culture
    • Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

     

    YOUR EXPERIENCE //

    • Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree in Business, Sport Management or Marketing a plus
    • 2-3 years of relatable experience required
    • Sponsorship management experience on a diverse portfolio of top tier properties a plus
    • Strong understanding of the sports/entertainment landscape
    • Proven ability to manage and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-moving environment
    • Experience in managing budgets required
    • Agency experience desirable
    • B2B, B2C and social media marketing experience desirable
    • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
    • Adaptability to manage multiple projects and deliverables
    • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to travel domestically (10-20%)
