We are looking for a user experience designer with strong interests and capabilities in the design and development of engaging user experiences. WHAT YOU'LL DO //

  • Initiate, suggest and spearhead major UI and UX refactoring for a more intuitive experience; design elegant solutions to complex workflows.
  • Use research-related services, theories and methods to make recommendations and effectively communicate a solution
  • Finds ways to maximize efficiency in an agile process and have ability to plan and execute projects against deadlines
  • Deliverables include lo fi and hi fi wireframes, personas, user flows, and research, as well as visual design comps
  • Understands user testing methodologies and analysis of data to provide a better UX solution
  • Ability to think through complex features and flows, balancing user and business needs
  • Excellent prioritization, organization, and time management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Learning on the Fly & open to change


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR //

  • Two or more years of user experience design experience for software, Web applications which leverage emergent technologies, consumer electronics and/or mobile devices
  • Bachelor’s Degree in design or related field is preferred
  • Portfolio displaying relatable work is required
  • Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique
  • Conduct user experience surveys/interviews with business users and revises design base on gathered feedback
  • Exceptional design skills, production value and attention to detail
  • Ability to create wireframes as well as visual design comps
  • Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Axure and other associated design/wireframing tools
  • Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies
  • Accurately scopes out work to be performed, breaks work down into logical activities and clearly assigns responsibility for completion of activities /tasks
  • An understanding that UX is more than just UI
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
