Reporting to the Account Director, your main responsibility will be managing relationships and activations with several Major League Baseball (MLB) clubs in support of a multi-faceted sponsorship and hospitality program for a business insurance client sponsoring MLB. You’ll have the opportunity to activate programs with MLB teams and player ambassadors across the country, while also working on MLB jewel events (All-Star Game and Postseason).




  • You are a team player. You will support the client’s overall MLB program and contribute to its success
  • You are a valued partner. Manage five MLB club relationships and associated contractual assets, serving as the day-to-day contact on behalf of the client to the clubs and maximize the value provided to the client
  • You are organized. Manage logistics for 40+ VIP events across the country, including exclusive experiences, clinics, hospitality, etc., while following client management and event marketing processes
  • You are detail oriented. Creation of various client-facing documents
  • You are a strong communicator. Communicate with the client and client’s guests on program details
  • You see the big picture. Recap events and recommend best practices from multiple projects
  • You are supportive. Support team in other MLB activations, such as MLB jewel event hospitality including All-Star Game and the World Series
  • You are innovative. You will continuously look for ways to add value to the team and the client 


  • You have a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sports Management, or equivalent experience
  • You have 3-5 years of experience in sports marketing, event activation experience preferred
  • You understand the sports business landscape (baseball and/or League & team experiences are a plus)
  • You are able to successfully build relationships
  • You are a problem solver and able to adapt quickly to find solutions
  • You are able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines through strong organizational and time management skills
  • You have a high degree of professionalism and are able to appropriately interact with business clients and their guests
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication
  • You thrive on a team of highly motivated individuals and are proactive
  • You have a willingness to learn and are receptive to feedback
  • Ability to travel as needed
