We are looking for an ambitious, independent and energetic team player to join the GMR Staffing team. The Marketing Recruitment Specialist will work remotely from the Dallas market supporting one of our largest and most renowned clients. You will put your expert marketing skills to the test while building a foundation for the brand in the Dallas area. This position is associate level and best suited for a driven and self-motivated individual who excels in out of the box thinking, unconventional recruitment strategies, and working in an ever-evolving environment.   • You are a self-motivated marketer. Working at home or in market to attract top talent using unconventional, creative and out of the box recruitment strategies.
  • You are a talented recruiter. Networking in person, over the phone, or virtually to attract top talent using unconventional, creative and out of the box recruitment strategies.
  • You love Dallas. You know the Dallas area and can partner with key stakeholders to provide insight for market saturation.
  • You are social. You will be present in venues and establishments that fit our ideal candidate profile to network and sell career opportunities.
  • You are a creative sourcing expert. Create innovative, efficient and resourceful sourcing and networking tools to identify ideal candidate pools.
  • You are social media savvy. Leverage technology for proactive sourcing to maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
  • You are a valued partner. Collaborate with our Field HR team regarding employee relations concerns and employee trainings.
  • You are strategic. Develop interview materials and hiring process specific to the needs of the position.
  • You practice stellar customer service. Develop strong relationships with GMR clients and internal teams.
  • You are well connected. Communicate regularly with hiring managers regarding program needs.
  • You are detailed. Utilize our ATS system to maintain accurate and detailed candidate profiles.
  • You see the big picture. Collaborate with Staffing Coordinators to ensure that all staff have cleared new hire paperwork and pre-employment requirements prior to working.
  • You build strong relationships. Check in frequently with field employees to ensure they are available for their assigned shifts.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of network marketing, sales, or human resources experience in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Proven ability to independently and successfully network and build a successful team.
  • Experience with employee relations and training preferred.
  • Proven ability to succeed by setting individual goals with little supervision.
  • Unconventional recruitment strategy that will require a flexible schedule.
  • Strong market knowledge and understanding of influential key players within the Dallas market.
  • Knowledge of HRIS and ATS software.
  • Ability to produce quality work in a fast and ever-changing environment.
  • Strong background and passion for proactive sourcing of top candidates.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Office Suite software including Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.
