Overview

The Corporate Recruiter is an expert in talent acquisition. Acting as a consultant, the Corporate Recruiter partners with hiring managers to guide them through full life cycle recruitment and sourcing for their teams locally and nationally. This position drives innovation through new and creative sourcing techniques and cutting-edge interviewing and selection practices.  A true GMR Ambassador, the Corporate Recruiter is a proponent of our employment brand and is engaged with local organizations. The Corporate Recruiter is motivated by collaboration, their passion for people, and constantly thinking outside the box for creative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • You are a talented recruiter. You will identify and attract top-performing professionals both in response to our current openings and on a proactive basis to create a pipeline of candidates.
  • You are a valued partner. You will foster relationships with hiring teams in order to understand their hiring needs and help them find the best hires who align with GMR's core values. 
  • You are insightful. You will determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • You are organized. You will arrange hiring team interviews by coordinating schedules; escorting applicant to interviews.
  • You love making connections. You will network within major markets to brand GMR as an employer of choice.
  • You are an ambassador of our brand. You will attend and recruit at job/college fairs in major markets.
  • You are tech savvy. You will maintain and update staffing process using applicant tracking system
  • You are creative. You are constantly challenging the status quo and suggesting new ways to recruit top talent.
  • You love learning. You will attend trainings and conferences to stay up to date on the latest recruiting strategies and share them with your team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in agency or corporate recruitment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR experience preferred
  • Motivated by constant change and innovation
  • Desire to uncover new and advanced recruitment techniques to keep pushing the boundaries of talent acquisition
  • Expert sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter and other top resources
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of different industries such as Technical, etc.
