Under the direction of the Supervisor of Onboarding this position is responsible for pre-employment processes, onboarding paperwork, processing employee transactions and maintaining field employee files while providing excellent customer service and guidance to the employees, recruiters and account teams.


• Process field new hire paperwork, including timely completion and retention of employment eligibility forms. Follow up with employees as needed
• Run and analyze the pre-employment background reports and testing for employees
• Facilitate and present onboarding requirements to employees, recruiters and account teams
• Responsible for pre-employment eligibility conversations
• Enter employee data in HRIS systems, ATS System (Bullhorn), Onbase and financial system (Costpoint)
• Complete internal employee transaction forms and communicate changes to relevant departments
• Provide customer support to employees on policies, procedures and HR related questions
• Manage and process all I9 completion, compliance and facilitate training to field staff
• Proactively develop, recommends and assists with the procedures and documentation of pre-employment standards
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information
• Ensure all field staff are cleared prior to working and making recommendations if a staff member should be removed from a program
• Provide daily updates pertaining to the clearing of field staff to the recruiters that they support
• Ensure field staff are compliant with all paperwork
• Understanding of all preemployment requirements
• Other Field HR initiatives as assigned


• Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees at all levels
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to handle and resolve confidential and sensitive issues
• Knowledge of general Human Resource practices
• Ability to work independently and manage key tasks of role
• Maintaining accuracy in detail oriented processes
• Above average computer skills, including Word, Excel, and experience in HR systems


Education, Training and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR experience preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR related field
• Minimum 1-2 years in a customer service oriented role
